Robert Bakker, President

Mr. Bakker, age 56, serves as the Company's president and was named to this position in March 2009. Mr. Bakker has been instrumental in developing and securing 100% corporate store retail distribution with supplement giant, GNC. Prior to this role he served as vice president of sales since joining the Company in April 2008. He served as director, retail sales at Theochem Laboratories from April 2007 to March 2008 and as sales manager at Jarden Home Brands (wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortune 500 Jarden Corporation) from March 2002 to December 2006. In this position, Mr. Bakker helped drive company revenue with many successful new product introductions with major grocery retailers and also increased base revenue through effective use of trade dollars, forecasting, and broker management. Before Jarden Home Brands, Mr. Bakker held positions in sales management in the food and grocery industry, including Sunkist.

Tianna (Tia) Owen, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Owen, age 61, has been serving as the Company's chief operating officer and chief financial officer since May 2007 and also serves on the Company's Science Board. Ms. Owen, who originally created the concept of Stemulite™ Fitness Formula, has more than 40 years of experience, working as an independent consultant in the areas of marketing, product development, project development, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Owen has completed significant research in the area of nutraceutical supplementation and how to best utilize natural products to support and strengthen human health and well-being, while promoting the optimum function of circadian rhythms and metabolism. Early in her career, Ms. Owen led several research teams and key projects at Motorola.

Pete Danielson, Vice President Marketing

Mr. Danielson, age 44, serves as the Company’s vice president of marketing. Mr. Danielson joined the Company in May 2009. Mr. Danielson is charged with building brand equity in the marketplace to ensure the growth and sustainability of Company revenue, stakeholder and brand value. Prior to this role, Mr. Danielson held the position of director, marketing and business development from June 2005 to December 2008 for Client Development Services (a fully integrated and dedicated sales and marketing arm for a Fortune top 5 Co.), managing nearly $400MM of revenue, and showing +$88MM year-over-year growth in 2007 for his managed portfolio of retail accounts. From March 2003 to June 2005 Mr. Danielson led three business units for Jarden Home Brands as a Senior Brand Manager, driving strategic planning, new product development, and all consumer and trade marketing for 150 year old Diamond Brand. Mr. Danielson also served as a small business marketing consultant for Quantum Marketing, a Brand Manger for Tone’s Spices (Durkee, French’s, and Spice Islands), a vice president of marketing in the nutraceuticals natural products industry and an asset protection manager for Fortune 100 Target Corporation. Mr. Danielson has prepared marketing presentations for and has met with most major grocery and mass merchandisers in the U.S. including Super Target, Wal-Mart, Albertsons, Publix, Ralphs, and SuperValu. Mr. Danielson earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1990 with concentrations in marketing and psychology.
